I offer private psychological therapy and consulting for individuals and organisations. My approach combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, culturally responsive style. I specialise in supporting people coping with trauma, complex emotional challenges, physical health conditions and life transitions.

I have supported people with complex trauma, long-term physical conditions, emotional distress, low mood, anxiety, bereavement, and adjustment to life events. I also provide consultation, reflective practice and staff support to teams across healthcare, education, and criminal justice sectors.
Sessions via secure online video (online only). I offer a working sliding scale and am happy to discuss fee options.

What I collect: Name, contact details and information you share in enquiries or sessions.
Lawful bases: Consent (enquiries/newsletters), Contract (to provide therapy/consultation), and Legitimate Interests (to manage my practice). For special category data, I rely on Article 9(2)(h) health care provision.
How I use data: To respond to enquiries, provide appointments, maintain clinical records, and meet legal/regulatory obligations.
Sharing: I do not share your information except where required by law, with your consent, or to keep you/others safe.
Storage & security: Records are stored securely and access-controlled. Email is used for administration only; please avoid sending highly sensitive details by email.
Retention: Enquiry emails are kept up to 12 months; clinical records typically up to 7 years (or as required by UK guidance).
Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Complaints: You may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you have concerns about data protection.
Scope: Private psychological therapy and organisational consulting delivered online within the UK.
Suitability & emergencies: This service is not an emergency service. In a crisis, contact NHS 111, your GP, or emergency services.
Appointments & fees: Session length is typically 50 minutes. Fees are on a working sliding scale and confirmed before booking. Invoices/receipts provided on request.
Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule sessions to avoid being charged.
Confidentiality: Information is confidential except where there is risk of harm, safeguarding concerns, or legal obligations. Supervision may be used to ensure safe practice; identifying details are minimised.
Records: Brief clinical notes are kept securely in line with professional guidance.
Professional standards: Practice follows HCPC/BPS codes of ethics. HCPC Reg No: PYL045380.
Complaints: Concerns can be raised directly via email or to the HCPC/ICO as appropriate.
